The Test Program

The Test Program includes the basic components necessary for a successful test — script preparation, list selection, database preparation and database marketing via our sales automation platform.  It's perfect for new product introductions or upgrades... trade show and special-event registration and follow-up... new customer acquisition campaigns, etc., etc. Your cost to test this program: $500 to $1000.

The Pre-Call

This program includes all the elements of the Test Program... but adds a pre-call to each prospect to announce a prepatory mailing.  This marketing strategy minimizes the intrusion factor... making it easier to get on the prospect's "good side".  The combination of telemarketing preceded by an introductory mailing generates especially well-qualified sales leads.  Your cost to test this program? $1000 to $1500.

Appointment Setting

For the product or service that demands a face-to-face meeting or demonstration, appointment setting is a "must have" service.  We will make quality appointments for you using our sales automation platform for maximum speed and efficiency.

  • Prospects can be contacted in the market place of your choice — locally, regionally, or nationally.
  • Qualified appointments can be faxed or e-mailed hourly.
  • Each appointment includes the complete profile of the prospect and the company (number of employees, sales volume, industries served, etc., etc.).  Also included is essential sales information in the form of a database that you can use to follow-up leads and plan future prospecting.
